Revo Uninstaller ruined the office system

I uninstalled an app with Revo Uninstaller Portable last night. When I turned on my computer this morning, I found the MS Office doesn't work at all. All the links are gone and I can't even re-install as the installer says that MS Office is already installed and I have to uninstall it first. However, MS Office doesn't show up in uninstaller at all. Thus, I tried system restore, but failed.

The last hope is Revo Uninstaller. I'm wondering if it has the managing backup solution. It's not Pro version.
    Please help me!

I'm not sure what "backup solution" you expect from RevoUninstaller - do you mean an undo option? If so, no.

I suspect the "app" you uninstalled may have been (integral/critical) part of MS Office, or part of the overall OS - what was the program?

In all the years I've been using Revo I have not had one failure, we need more details of what you did and how you did it.

that would be a pretty safe bet indeed.

If there is no option, it's fine. I need to find another solution. I uninstalled GoodSync, BTW.

i use Revo and Wise Program Uninstaller, both portable, i have found one will pick up some programs the other one cant see.

give Wise a go see if that can find it and it might be able to uninstall Office to do a reinstall.

one other thing does Office show in SETTINGS >> APPS list ??

There is a tool which MS provides to uninstall Office:
How to uninstall Microsoft 365 or Office 2021, 2019 on Windows 10 - Pureinfotech

    See this in that article.
Completely uninstall Office using Recovery Assistant

Microsoft provides an easy fix tool to help you quickly uninstall Microsoft 365 (Office 365), Office 2021, 2019, 2016, or 2013 entirely from your computer.

To use the “Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant” tool to remove the suite of apps from your device, use these steps:

Download Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant tool.
I tried system restore, but failed.
    This is ambiguous.
    Did System Restore:
    - fail to complete the restoration and present an error message
    or
    - said it completed successfully but Office still did not work normally?

I'll add the usual plug for routinely and regularly using disk imaging so you can get yourself out of many messes quite quickly if there's no other option. Endlessly recommended. E.g. Macrium Reflect, Aomei Backupper...(free/paid)
