How can I copy all images in a PC while preserving folder structure?

    ...it copied the folder structure perfectly.

    Thanks for letting me know of GRSYNC and that Macrium isn't the best for this like I suspected (I planned to try it for this).
    Robocopy /MIR seems a very good option and the command given by idgat:
