Macrium Reflect 8 Home edition reverts back to free

Greetings. I've posted this question on the Macrium community forum but thought I'd check here. Has anyone seen Macrium Home edition (the one you pay for) revert back to free? I started Reflect a few minutes ago to check something and noticed the title bar said "Free edition". I re-applied my license code and it seems to have fixed it. When I tried to register it I got a pop-up warning that the code can only be used on one computer (it was) but the registration went through. I haven't done anything to Reflect since I installed it and got it configured other than accept the updates that Macrium pushes.

As a matter of fact @OldMainframeGuy this happened to me just a few months ago. I believe it was after I used either ccleeaner or revo a bit too aggressively. I sbumitted a ticket to Macrium but managed to use the same procedure you did before I heard from them. Still don't know what parameter I deleted or modified to cause it though. This was before I upgraded to Win11 which I am using now.

I no longer use CCleaner but I am using Ashampoo's WinOptimizer 19. I have most of it shut off. For laughs, I just ran WO again and Relfect still shows that it's registered as a Home Edition. It's very possible that caused the problem though. I'll have to keep a check on it. The weird thing is that one of the functions that's not available in the free version (folder backup) has run successfully every night though I don't know when Reflect flipped back to the free version.

    Thanks for your reply.
