I like use the Comments section to keep a Change Log.

I noticed also, that if you just hover the mouse over the Image ID, you see that comment drop down as well.

Nah - idiot of the day is the guys who do not question why they have an issue.

Making a mistake does not make you an idiot, only human.

Real idiots of the day are those who do not make backups (regrettably vast majority of persons).
