I only ever saw that box the once in all the backups (lost count - could be in four figures now) I've ever done. That's because having saved it as a backup definition the once I edit the definition before running the next Full backup from it.
I like use the Comments section to keep a Change Log.
I noticed also, that if you just hover the mouse over the Image ID, you see that comment drop down as well.
We need to come up with an award for stoooopid things like this.
