bootloader destroyed, laptop no boot to usb option

My bootloader is destroyed. I got blue screened, "Automatic repair couldn't repair your pc. Go to advanced options to repair or shut down. Log files E:\recovery\windowRE\Winte.Wim\System32\LogFiles\Srt.\SrtTrail.txt
And this happened within 1 hour 30min of turning off the Control Folder Access. I have installed VeraCrypt Disk Encryption to encrypt whold disk and enabled finger print login.
Luckily, I was able to boot from VeraCrypt Boot Loader( From Blue Screen-Couldn't repair your PC-Choose an options-Use a devices-VeraCrypt Bootloader
I was able to boot to working windows, but after a while it goes to blue screen again. I use windows like that for 3 days.

And 7 days before that, my admin account (local account) got deleted. And I was not able to download media creation tool or reset through WindowsRE. I know admin pw but since I couldn't not log in to admin account nothing worked. Fortunately, I was able to bios or Oem image recovery option (Acer Swift3), I was able to re-install win 10.

Anyhow, back to current situation (bootloader destroyed),I plug in bootable usb drive to it ( Thinking just re-installation would fix it. I might ask to put in VeraCrypt pw, then I can enter it no problem. But after plug in usb drive for 10 min or so later VeraCrypt boot loader is gone.
Thru bios setting, I tried to to boot to usb (I just installed win10 using this usb to my Thinkpad T420 laptop (previously linux was installed on it-I am new to linux). But according to this computer (Acer Swift 3) does not have boot to usb option.

On my other laptop, thinkpad T420, linux mint is installed on it. On that lalptop, wifi stop working every 3 days. Its very clean system( I don't even know how to install software on linux, so beside updates and upgrades not much has been done. Wifi just worked without doing anything. I plugged in ethernet cable, but no internet.

This must be a act of hacker. I even know who it is. How admin account get deleted naturally? Anyhow, how do I fix this problem?
    Thank you

So If I am able to boot to usb then I can re-install win 10? How about if I get an external Dvd-rom and connects it to usb. Would it work, too? So just delete partition table and recreate a new one then everything is ok?
Because of ssd is encrypted with VeraCrypt,
    Thank you

    Hi Kevin,

I read you post trice and I still have to try manage what happened.

But if your data are safe at this point go for the clean install.

This will show you the steps to bring a complete new Windows installation on your computer.
