DISM does not show cleanup-image option. Unable to repair system image

Files were corrupted, so I tried using sfc to fix but it said it found files but couldn't repair them. So I tried "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" in cmd to fix the system image but it returned with "error 87" and "cleanup-image option is unknown". I then looked for available command for DISM using "dism /online /?" and I saw that there's no option for "cleanup-image". This command is available on my friend's laptop but not on mine. What can I do to fix this?

No, it's not. I cannot repair windows 10 image because the my dism does not know how to execute the cleanup-image option.

Please see my post on your other thread you have started
How do I install DISM with wofadk.sys?

There is as I explained no benefit in starting another thread on this issue of DISM and the returned error 87

You are far better continuing here where you already have a reply.

    Further to the above
    this is the cmd
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Are you runing it from a cmd prompt with admin rights
If so the cmd prompt window will be headed
    Administrator - Command Prompt

If not it will be headed Command Prompt without thw word Administrator
To open an admin cmd prompt
    type
    cmd
in search bar when it appears above as Command Prompt - App
right click and click run as admin.

Further to the above are you using dism on the windows 10
I presume there is no chance you are trying dism on another Windows OS
Or indeed on a WinPE as against the installed 10 shown on your spec
