Hello people I've been having some serious serious serious serious serious issues with my computer. I mean is a 2021 funky beautiful silver HP laptop with i7 processor and it cost me nearly £2,000.

I've tried posting before nobody's really helped me and sort of dismissed me , it's really upsetting.

    Microsoft isn't letting anybody called.
At this point I'm literally willing to pay somebody to call me and help me solve this issue.

Later on when I posted another blue screen of death thread in the other section.

But for now I have been trying to restore my pc but keep getting this error. Please help me , I'm just so confused and upset-img_20210921_201150.jpg

As I am typing this , my pc is lopping out in a new blue screen of death.

At this point Please help me , I'm just so confused and upset-img_20210921_201312.jpg

We will not dismiss you but it is unclear what you are actually trying to achieve.

    Hello @zayn,

    First things first.

IMPORTANT: Backup ALL your Data Files AND Folders that you can NOT afford to LOSE.

If you can NOT achieve this through Windows itself, then this is an EXCELLENT alternative . . .

     Linux Live USB / DVD

A Linux Live USB / DVD is a good emergency method of retrieving data from an otherwise UN-bootable drive or if you are having other drive difficulties.

    Basically . . .

[1] Download the Linux ISO - I always use Linux Mint although there are others available.
    [2] Create a Bootable USB/DVD [ media ] using Rufus for example => Rufus.
    [3] Boot the media.
[4] Copy the files from the OS to an external HDD/SSD or USB.

    > Download Linux Mint 20 Ulyana

Some questions to help us know a little better of what happened and what EXACTLY it is that you want to achieve . . .

    > Have you got ANY System Images created using an Imaging Program PRIOR to the problem?

    > Did you perform a Clean Install when you got the computer?
    > When did this start happening?
    > Did anything specific happen around that time?
    > Did you install or uninstall anything around that time?
    > Have you made ANY hardware changes/upgrades?
    > Have you installed ANY new software?
    > Did you install ANY Wu's or Driver Updates?
    > Have you looked at your Windows Update History to see which update[s] preceded the problem?
    > Did you receive a WU or Upgrade [ including any driver update ]?
    > Look for ANY Triangles in Device Manager > Control Panel > Device Manager.
    > Are you Overclocking?

Depending on the answers given for the above, it may mean that you will either need to perform an In-Place-Upgrade - Repair Install or Clean Install.

Another option available, if the computer has a Recovery Partition is to perform a Factory Reset. Have a look at this . . .

Also, have a look at the Related Tutorials at the BOTTOM of the above Tutorial [ there are a few ], as they may also help resolve your problem.

    I hope this helps.

If the restore caused more problems then you should be able to undo the restore.
Can you reach safe mode? If yes then try system restore within this.
    Check for older restore points.

Does the error appear when you restore within safe mode? Have you tried restoring an older restore point?

Don't you have HP support if it's a new PC? They will probably tell you to do a diagnostics check and restore the PC from scratch.
