Idiot that locked himself out of the house

I was tired of system editing and making random folders and wanted to limit how much it modified so I restricted its permissions.

I have the tweak to have built in admin to use, after the assumption that it'll make it more safe and manageable if I wasn't on an admin account the whole time.

I have essentially made my self a read only child in my own Pc. It has led to me not being able to restore from backups, make new user accounts, access any of the drive contents. I've tried most base level things.

I am prepared to wipe the whole drive. It's all backed up. I just can't actually do it.

If someone has options where I can download essentially a recovery disk straight to USB, I can try to wipe my drive and start again. I am going to try every USB i find until then. I can't access my disc management but I can do it from firmwear or elevated Powershell?

Edit. Can't do garbage in elevated power shell. I am not too savvy with it all so probably doing it wrong.
    Before you all ask:

    Win10 pro
    Amd ryzen 3. 2200g. 3.5ghz
    16gb RAM
    660ti graphics card.
Two sdd. One Samsung nvme 100gb I use for OS. and a cheapo Netac SSD 256gb which has the backup saves on it.

You can use this procedure to recover without having to wipe anything

Thanks for fast reply. I have used the winaero tweak to separate it and I can't actually log onto it. It keeps signing onto the useless one.

    What is "It"?

The procedure deals with the issue of avoiding automatic logging in.

I use the MCT/Media Creation Tool, can download an .iso file used to create the Bootable DVD or make the Bootable USB drive [8GB]. Go here to start, download the file then run it and follow the prompts:
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...load/windows10
I've had absolutely no problems using the MCT process, can use the choice of upgrading this computer or download for use on a different computer.

The Bootable USB writes the files, will wipe and format in doing so, just have a drive with no data as it will be lost. And don't use greater than 32GB as it gets formatted as FAT32 and that's a limit with Windows. A 4GB drive may work for the x86 edition but not for the x64 edition which needs more room.

I managed to get into safe mode and use the right command to make new user and still access is denied.

Did you do as advised and make the new user an Admin one?

What task gets the response, "access is denied"?

What paragraph[s] of the recommended procedure are you referring to?

Yep. I ran in admin but still was denied. I literally can't install or even run install/run rufus or media creation tool. I was wondering where the registry would be backed up and how to restore it? I have backups that span a vast timeframe so I should be able to restore from them... formating the disk is possible. I have backup files and the programs ... can't run it in the elevated prompt but I was thinking of downloading an ISO straight to the usb
