    Cannot build Macrium stand alone recovery media (V7)


    Hi there
    Never had this problem before with Macrium V7 trying to create stand alone recovery media

    (It's always on AMD computers - never INTEL that I seem to get Windows problems !!!!!)

    I had a similar problem when on MR 7.x. I used the PE option instead.

    Also here's the user guide... building the Bootable media starts on page 300.

    Backup and Restore with Macrium Reflect






    Lastly, here is the MacriumRescue PE 7.3.5365 ISO if you can use this...

    I create a WinRe version with AMD laptop. The issue was related to the WinRe not being found. I suspect if yiu check, your WinRe Partition is either missing or not active.

    WinPe version uses a lot more storage, and does not permit backing up over wifi which I use a lot on my 32GB emmc laptop.

    good tip - I'll get it working sooner or later -- I'm though playing around with all sorts of Windows builds on a Linux KVM HOST at the moment. I haven't yet needed backup via wifi but good to know.
