Try disconnecting one of the cables from the HDD and booting the computer.

If I reconnect, will the HDD being boot again? Can I remove the FAT32 from the HDD, which is the disk 2 partition 1, so no booting will be shown. I already deleted the HDD's operating system seems fine.

As long as the computer boots with the HDD disconnected, you can remove the FAT32 partition from the HDD, which will render it data only, not bootable.

Sorry I'm confused about disconeenting HDD, then how I can access it if it disconnected. I intended to use it to store some of data.

You need to confirm that the PC will boot WITHOUT the HDD.

The standard way to do that is to disconnect it and attempt to boot. Maybe you can. Maybe you can't.

You don't want to just assume it can boot without the HDD.

If that works, then reconnect the HDD and do as you wish with it.
