The risk is your O/S copy includes damaged files in 1 or more partitions. Put another way, do you know exactly what was in the sectors you ignored? Were any weak or damaged sectors holding your data?

Therefore you should at least run
    SFC /SCANNOW
    from an admin command prompt.

Now in particular, your Recovery partition demonstrated problems.

Try booting to e.g. Safe Mode. I.e. do you have a working Recovery partition and therefore are able to access Advanced Startup Options.
    Hi dalchina,

Thanks again for the advices. May I know if I should run the SFC /SCANNOW on the new SSD (now my C: drive in my laptop) or the old HDD drive? I assume it's on the old HDD drive so as to know what data / info is on the bad sectors? Or am I totally wrong on this?

Also when looking into Disk Management, it shows the new C: (new SSD) has a healthy Recovery Partition :

does that mean I have a working recovery partition in the new SSD, as you have suggested me to check on?
Sorry for asking so many questions but really appreciate your help and advice on this.

    1. On the new SSD of course. You have to answer the question 'Do I now have an intact copy of the O/S?'
Remember you have copied ignoring damaged sectors. Begs the question- what, if anything, are you missing?

I don't think I can make it clearer than that.

    2. You need to USE the Recovery partition to see if it actually WORKS.
So just try booting to SAFE MODE.

Remember, you have copied potentially dodgy stuff as you've ignored bad sectors. The partition at a Disk Management level may be fine. That says nothing about the CONTENT.

    Summary.
    a. Run SFC /SCANNOW on your CURRENT installation
    b. Boot to Safe Mode.

That's my advice. (never 's' - sorry, I was an English teacher in a past life..!)

    Hi dalchina,

Thanks again for the advices. I have run both suggestions and have the following results:

    a. Run SFC /SCANNOW on your CURRENT installation: "found corrupt files and have successfully repaired them". Have looked into the log file and it has so many data and info that probably they know me but I don't know any of them.... Should I assume everything is fine as the scan has repaired what's need to be repair?

    b. Boot to Safe Mode : am able to boot to Safe Mode. So I assume this one is also good?

Please help to advise again. Appreciate your help and your time! Thanks! (p.s. you must be a good English teacher)

That sounds as if you're 'good to go' as our American military cousins might say.
