Use Macrium Reflect and make a full OS image backup.
Macrium Software | Macrium Reflect Free
In the top picture, you will have 3 or 4 partitions check marked, unlike my setup.
And for destination you will have the drive letter of your backup drive.
I know that dalchina has already provided one solution, but here is another, just to give you more than one choice:

a. Copy the partition - the literal question asked.
b. Disk imaging with Macrium
I didn't bother to explain further as (b) is guessing the question.
