    I have used

    ASHAMPOO BACKUP 15

    ASHAMPOO 2021

    I have run at least 10 backups and all I get is errors.

    I'm backing onto a Toshiba 1 TB External Hard Drive.

    Is there plenty of space on the external drive? Have you also checked the drives integrity using CHKDSK?

    Also, your Windows 10 version 1809 (October 2018) is way out of date. If computer drivers and BIOS are not kept up to date then later versions of Windows can fail to install. It could be that you need to update all drivers and then Windows 10 itself to stop these errors.
