Rescue Media Error

While creating Rescue Disc for Macrium Reflect with a DVD containing the previous version rescue data always produces an error message on this Laptop, as opposed to my Desktop running the same version of MR containing the previous version's rescue data and Win10 x64 Pro.

To work around this problem, erase the previously created rescue data, and then the new rescue disc creation goes smoothly.
What is possible cause for the difference?

Your screenshot shows that the error occurs when burning the DVD. It will be down to differences between the hardware and/or drivers for the two PC's different DVD drives, nothing specifically to do with Macrium itself.

Are you creating the media on a DVD RW disc or a standard DVD?
DVDs are used once then closed so trying to create new recovery media on a DVD which already contains media wouldn’t be possible.
If DVD RW then MR may not be cleaning the contents fully before trying to write to the disc - that’s if it does this (I doubt so). You should delete the contents first before creating new media or (if possible) create USB recovery media or add recovery to the boot menu of the PC.
