Restore Disc Image for new System Drive

Background
Old HDD is running Windows 10.
Used Macrium Reflect to IMAGE to external drive.
Now I want to use Macrium Reflect to restore to new SSD.

My uncertainty:
It looks like my current C: (HDD) is System Reserved (MBR) - see attached. Not really an issue, but I just want to make sure since the drive looks like it is split into 3 partitions.
Query - I selected all 3 partitions when I ran Macrium to Image. Hopefully that is right.

My issue:
I plugged in the new SSD, but it is not showing up in Disc Management. Do I need to do something in Bios for the new SSD to show up? (see same attached)

Oops, forgot the attachment. I shut the PC down again, fired it up, and it showed up in Disk Manager now.
A menu popped up when I opened Disk Manager, and I selected MBR (because that is what my system disk is currently). The new SSD shows up as Disk 4, but without a letter.

However, the SSD still doesn't show up in explorer, nor does it show up in Macrium.
I read through this tutorial on assigning drive letters, and it says that Windows should be automatically assigning a letter. So, I'm not really sure what to check now.

Run the following on elevated Command Prompt.

DISKPART
Select Disk 4
Detail disk (Make sure you have selected the correct disk.)
Create partition primary
format fs=ntfs
Assign
Exit

I assume format fs=ntfs is needed for a new disk.

Please reboot > check each for the SSD:

File explorer
Disk management
Device manager > disk drives

report results

If not seen in the above > check BIOS > report results
