System Restore Error

I've been facing issue while opening system restore. Noticed the problem today morning when the pc automatically went into recovery mode and attempted start up repair. I suspect the problem is related to AOEMI Backupper which i uninstalled (with revo uninstaller) and installed a newer version. I've tried uninstalling the software; tweaking 'Volume shadow copy' in Services method but it didn't work! any help!?

tried 3rd party apps, cmd method none works. Any other help!

You might boot into Safe Mode and try a System Restore.

Failing that, you might try this method -

Create bootable Windows 10 installation media on a USB flash drive. Should be the same version that is installed on the problem computer(s).

Boot the computer from the installation media.

Click Next on the first screen.

On the second (Install) screen, select Repair your computer at the bottom left.

Select Troubleshoot.

Select System Restore.

Add the free Acronis VSS Doctor tool to your list of tries...I've had success with it in the past.

Well the problem is that the last and only restore point created already has that problem, tried it before!

still no luck! event log shows "VSS event id 12293"

See if there is also a VSS Error 12298
