Restore Windows 8.1 laptop to Factory

I have a DELL XPS 15 (9530) La[top that I am selling. I need to reset it to factory. I went through all the steps until it asked me for a Windows disk.
This laptop does not have an optical drive. Is there a way around this? The person is coming tomorow 08/01/2020 to pick it up.

Hi, you can only restore to Win 8.1 - factory state- (do you really want to do that)? if you still have a recovery partition on the disk - about 16-20Gb perhaps.

Assuming you have Win 10 on it, and you would like to remove all acounts, data etc, then consider:
    Reset Windows 10
    - 2nd option

or you might prefer to wipe the drive and clean install Win 10:

I just want to cleanout my stuff so the buyer can start as a new PC. I don't have a USB drive that I can use as it will wipe everything from it.
Maybe I will just leave it alone as I don't have any credit card numbers or other stuff on it. I have already uninstalled Microsoft Office 365 from it.

Thank you very much for your reply.

Reset Windows (see previous) would do that- then you should wipe unused space.
