    macrium reflect image problem

Hello my problem is the following, I state that until a few days ago everything worked perfectly, and I have not made any changes to the PC, when I try to create the image of the system the program completely freezes without any error message, and to do it work again I have to close it from the control panel, instead if I select clone the program works regularly, what could have happened?
All functions are active until I press image.

    thx

I'd probably check the Event Logs for clues.

Right-click on Start icon and select Event Viewer.

Expand Custom Views and select Administrative Events.

Look for entries around the time Macrium freezes.

To see if more information about the problem is available, check the history of the problem in Security and Maintenance in Control Panel.

Right click on the Start icon, select Search, and enter control

Click on the result Control Panel App (you might consider pinning it to your Start menu for future use...right-click on the result and select Pin to Start).

In Control Panel, select Security and Maintenance.

Expand Maintenance, and click on "View reliability history" in the Report Problems section.

Look for the Reflect issue reported above.

Reliability History will also show the you the overall stability of your system.

Is it possible you had a 30-day trial of Reflect Home, and it expired?

Regardless, download the free tool Revo Uninstaller Portable and use that to uninstall everything Macrium before installing Reflect again.

Macrium support is very good - ask them since you have paid for support in your licence fee
