I have a windows recovery partition (hidden) which is about 500 MB (only) that got crearted when i clean installed the latest windows 10 (2004) update.
What EXACTLY will i not be able to if i delete this partition?
Will i have access to the recovery environment (which i reach by pressing shift + restart), running commands such as sfc scannow, using prior created restore points?

Hello, the tutorials provide plenty of examples of screenshots showing you the advanced startup options that provides.
e.g. (3) & (4) of Option 1 here:
Boot into Safe Mode on Windows 10
which in this case are shown in proceeding to boot to Safe Mode.
You wil also lose Automatic Repair.
You can run
SFC /SCANNOW
from a command prompt when booted normally.
System Restore - you can access if you can log in normally.
If you have a bootable Win 10 disk and boot your PC from that, many of the options above are available.
A new recovery partition will be created on the next feature update.
The space used (or saved) is only likely to be significant for people with emmc storage (32Gb, 64Gb say). You have not specified your PC.

Likewise by an in-place upgrade repair install of course.
To be more exact, from (I think) 2004 where the Recovery partition is placed AFTER C: the size will be readjusted if necessary on any subsequent upgrade, so the days of having a redundant one before C: and a larger current one after C: will eventually be over. (I.e. MS got it wrong).
