Do the same thing you did last time. Looks like you sorta know what to do.

It MAY be that you don't need to include ALL the partitions on the drive.

But the default best idea would be to include all of them. Be sure each partition on the drive has a check mark under it on the right hand side of Macrium. That should be the case by default, but make sure.

You can make a full image in 7 or 8 mouse clicks by just accepting defaults.

Notice all 5 of the partitions on the drive below have checkmarks below them.

Concentrate on how you will restore.

Well.........I assume you didn't make this image simply because you are bored or have some abstract interest in the process.

I assume you have a practical reason.

Namely....."I think it would be a good idea to make an image because my hard drive could drop dead at any moment".

If that happens in 5 minutes, what would you do?

I'd guess you would "concentrate on how you will restore" this image you have made.

    Maybe I'm wrong.

    I'd concentrate NOW.

Not a month from now when the drive fails.

The image you made is largely useless as it sits on that pen drive. It's not bootable.

It must be "restored"....................which is a formal process in Macrium. Not simply copying stuff somewhere.

If your drive fails, how do you start your PC so you can do the restore?

    I'm not following you.

A PC normally boots from a Windows hard drive.

How is it going to "boot from Macrium" with a dead hard drive?

If your disk has gone belly up you won't have that choice.

You could create a small partition on that pen drive and use that to boot Macrium rescue.
