Which cloud backup if any?

Cheers all. Acronis have ransomware protection but after reading a bit more on here they seem to be best avoided. Thing is Apple upload everything to cloud and never had an issue. But am cautious about which company and yeah probably wouldn’t trust anything not to be hacked. Think I’ll just take my chances that I won’t have a house fire. Not sure a safe would help with that either due to the heat. My grandfather lost all his money in a safe during the war when his shop was bombed. Safe was intact but contents destroyed by the heat.

Like somebody else said, for backups, keep an external drive offsite. Take it to a family member, friend, your place of employment, bury it in your backyard.
