D:) Is it worth while to learn Linux OS If my goal is to support windows 10 OSES ?

E:) Does Software like Macrium mainly rely on actual Powershell commands to do its work ? Like is Cloning Software just calling out powershell Commands ?

F:) A person who writes software for Cloning what programming languages will he be familiar with ? Is he familiar with all the ATA commands. Does he have some type of manual

No idea some people use the program successfully other don't

    B) Under What Conditions Can I boot Up a computer that has UEFI secure Boot turned on

Any bootable USB Thumb Drive, most computer you will have to boot your computer to a one time boot menu and select your Bootable USB thumb Drive

    C) When I try to boot my Computer to a flash and windows says it wants IPV4 or IPV6 and it refuses to boot to my flash what does that mean. ?

No idea, if you want to boot your bootable Flash drive, boot your computer to a one time boot menu. Dell uses F12 Asus uses Esc key some use F8, you'll need to find this out for your computer.

D:) Is it worth while to learn Linux OS If my goal is to support windows 10 OSES ?

No idea been using Windows 10 since 2017 and have never had any need to use or learn Linux

E:) Does Software like Macrium mainly rely on actual Powershell commands to do its work ? Like is Cloning Software just calling out powershell Commands ?

No Idea what the coding is, just know it works flawlessly every time used correctly!!

F:) A person who writes software for Cloning what programming languages will he be familiar with ? Is he familiar with all the ATA commands. Does he have some type of manual

No idea Perhaps someone else with more knowledge will chime in on the points I am not able to help with.

I did say Please ! Please and Thank You.
Hope I have been somewhat helpful

So Debian is what Clonezilla is based off of and here are the Specs For Debain
4.1. On what hardware architectures/systems does Debian GNU/Linux run?

Debian GNU/Linux includes complete source-code for all of the included programs, so it should work on all systems which are supported by the Linux kernel; see the Linux FAQ for details.
The current Debian GNU/Linux release, 10, contains a complete, binary distribution for the following architectures:

    • amd64: this covers systems based on AMD 64bit CPUs with AMD64 extension and all Intel CPUs with EM64T extension, and a common 64bit userspace.
    • arm64: supports the latest 64-bit ARM-powered devices.
    • armel: little-endian ARM machines.
    • armhf: an alternative to armel for ARMv7 machines with hard-float.
    • i386: this covers systems based on Intel and compatible processors, including Intel's 386, 486, Pentium, Pentium Pro, Pentium II (both Klamath and Celeron), and Pentium III, and most compatible processors by AMD, Cyrix and others.
    • ia64: Intel IA-64 ("Itanium") computers.
    • mips: SGI's big-endian MIPS systems, Indy and Indigo2; mipsel: little-endian MIPS machines, Digital DECstations.
    • powerpc: this covers some IBM/Motorola PowerPC machines, including the Apple Macintosh PowerMac models, and the CHRP and PReP open architecture machines.
    • ppc64el: 64-bit little-endian PowerPC port, supports several recent PowerPC/POWER processors.
    • s390x: 64-bit port for IBM System z machines, replaced s390.

Hmm So I do not know for sure if a I7 - 4079 or a Intel Skylake processor is compatible I would think that words Intel i7 would need to be present before I could use clonzilla on intel Quad-Cor I5 45-70 HOWEVER I have a machine with a Intel Celeron CPU chip that I in the past used as a clone machine. So I might be able to install Clonezilla on that Celeron computer and clone my disk there . ? ?

    Ghost (disk utility) - Wikipedia
this is the first utility I used back in the day it saved my butt many times. It would fathfully clones my drives on win98 and xp computers. I used to have a disk in drive A that I could boot to and execute a ghost.exe file. Photoshop hasd a way of mangling up a drive with its 20gig files. IT would just work the hell out of my hard drives. The bottle neck was always in the hard drives. Now if you put a ssd drive in a older XP machine and it makes it really fast. Photoshop opens right up just like that. Now they have added so many functions to photoshop if loads slow yet again. Back with win98 I would not have been able to sucsefully do large format printing if it was not for the disk cloning. Back then to setup a computer with scsi drives and it would take about 15 computer reboots to get all the IRQs to fit together. It was such a hassle to get the OS setup. That was the work I needed to get backed up as well as my photoshop files. Today if a business owner does not understand disk imaging he is asking for a lot of work. Back then we not only had viruses to contend with but also nefarious venders with an agenda. Print drivesr would hose the system. Using the wrong browser would trash a whole OS and your only hope was to buy a new computer or spend the countless hours re-setting up the OS and getting the network to work again. Today I will not touch a computer if I do not have its OS cloned or imaged. Get that uncloned MONSTER away from me !! So many weekends doing a re-install of win95. Windows 3.1 was the first OS that you could have regular windows FONTS and you did not have to buy each and every Font. Windows 3.1 had ms office and word in MS office was the first program that had all the vector fonts that would print out nice text. We used to have such a struggle to get a document to print out without the Jagged text. Back before windows 3.1 the only way to get a nice document to print was a desktop publishing program and a RIP - A raster Image Processor. It would take 2 hours to print one nice page out with fonts that were not all jagged. The fonts were all bitmap back then at first unless you had a Apple but then they used to sell Apple fonts that were vector. That is why Apple got its hold back then on the graphics . If you did desktop publishing you needed a mac with those apple fonts. Each font cost around 60$ I remmebr seeing them on the Shelf at our Computerland store here In Cody Wyoming. My father and his partner owned the smallest compuland franchize in the usa. Things were simple then we just had the IBX XT AND AT. Back then a 8086 processor was fatster than the 8088 processor. When IMB sold the pateint the world of clones came out and the Magazine "Computer Shopper"
Questions about disk clone imagine Please Answer these Questions A-F-computershopper.jpg
started selling IMB clones. Back then they had 1/8th of a meg of memory At first having a hard drive was a luxury. The hard drives were mechanical with a servo motor and a band that moved the head around. Clunky noisy and slow. They started with the 8088 then 8086 and 2086 then 20386 then 201486 but after that Im confused what happened next and how the new i7 processors relate back to the 0386 or if it even does. I'm still trying to figure a few things out.
    this website
    Computer Processor History
Talks about the history of the processors.
It says debian supports all Intel CPUs with EM64T extension, and a common 64bit userspace. I have read about EM64T
    I did find this website
Ubuntu Desktop certified hardware | Ubuntu
I guess one way for me to find out is to just try it. So I have a Dell 7010 mini with win 10 pro - its MBR but im going try to convert it to GPT and secure boot and then see if I can clone the os with the Clonzilla.
Altho GPT disk prevent Root kits - If I can not clone my GTP drive what good is to me ? ! So I am still debating weather or not using GTP disks and secure boot is going to be beneficial to me or NOT !
