EaseUS todo backup

First let me say that I would love to use Macrium Reflect, but for some reason, it says something is wrong with my 16 GB of memory and I get an error when creating a backup image. I have had the memory checked and it checks good.

I think all my questions except one has been answered.
Once the image is created how do I restore the image to the Cdrive or do I have to use the "Emergency Disk" every time I want to recover the PC?

Slowly but surely I am getting what I need, Thank you.

What is "something" ? Post a screenshot or error or "something"?

Why give up so easily?

Are you speaking of the back/restore utility's emergency disk? I think all backup/restore programs require an external boot to restore OS partition(s). That is why I let my MR create both DVD and USB boots. I think even MR's line item in the Windows boot menu leads to an external boot for OS restore.

I was able to download the free AOMEI without an issue on my Win 7 PC. Why it would NOT download on my Win 10 PC, I have no Idea.

Actually there are many backup/restore software that can restore without using a rescue disk (ie Macrium Reflect).

One of these days I need to learn to make a USB boot on a thumb drive. I have never tried this and don't even know where to start.
