Getting the Boot MGR missing message after cloning

A fully functional Windows should not take more than 30GB, that means you have a lot of data stored together with Windows.

When you say move all the data from the C: Drive which would then be the SSD, what do you mean by that? Just literally move all the folders besides the windows section back to the formatted HDD?

Also, would any of this ruin existing programs, directories, etc? I'm just worried as what I did earlier with cloning my HDD to the SSD and then "refreshing" the SSD using the Windows 10 option broke literally everything. All the existing shortcuts, programs and files on the desktop became white, couldn't open programs such as anti virus, graphics drivers, etc anymore even after fixing the directories

So these directories for example would have to stay on the SSD after cloning them? I just have a lot of programs that take up nearly 500GB of space hence why my goal was to simply have mainly the OS on the SSD

The HDD has went through 5 years of use so I'm not surprised that some thing are out of place
When everything gets cloned to the SSD, what exactly should I do to only have the OS and what not?

That's whatever the 28GB is. Regarding the other space, the vast majority of the space occupied in Programs x86 are games and about 120GB of space in Users are taken up by recordings. I understand that content such as videos, and pictures can be moved without a problem to the HDD along with the games but is that what I should do? Is there literally no alternative way in running my existing OS on the SSD without causing any problems?

For example, if I were to simply move the entire Program Files x86 folder to the HDD then do you know if any problems would be caused? Like I said, I'm simply worried due to the experience I had before. Where a guy that told me to perform a "refresh" of windows 10 created a million issues with existing data
