    I'm quite confused, forgive me.

    Please don't restore anything...
    What happens when all is connected and powered on?

    I don't see the DELL banner when I power-on. even when I got the desktop I never saw the dell banner. when I power on the new pc it starts showing the image; when it prompts me to log into my pc account.

    What do you see right now?
    Can you login to the computer?
    Do you remember your password, or have a password reset?
    Is it a Microsoft or Local account?

    This would help...

    So what problem are you experiencing?
    Do you reach the windows desktop?

    Is so, are you having a booting issue?

    Thanks.

    OK.

    When you turn on the computer and reach the W10 desktop what happens?

    @lovesosa -

    If you can cleanly boot to the W10 desktop then why is this immediately important?
    What do you want to do with your system? Please be specific and I'll try to assist.

    Thanks.
