Partition Wizard Help (Windows 10, version 1903)

I'm trying to transfer my old HDD to a new HDD, and I'm trying to see if I'm doing the right method. First, I migrated OS from the old HDD to the SSD, then I when I go to copy the SSD to the new HDD, I get the following warning: "Because the destination disk includes the system volume, this operation will make your system to be unbootable and all the data on the disk will be destroyed." There is a "System Reserved" Partition which I assume is the OS of my previous HDD in the SSD, is it safe to click continue?(there is nothing on the HDD, I just don't want the HDD to be unbootable and not work from my understanding)

Attached is a screenshot that showcases how Disk 1 and Disk 2 are presented on Partition Wizard. Disk 1 is the current HDD while Disk 2 is the SDD that I migrated my previous HDD to. Trying to clone Disk 2 to Disk 1 via the Copy Disk function the warning is shown within the other screenshot.

Would it be possible then to just copy my files from the SDD instead of using Partition Wizard?

You've got a lot of things screwed up there. For example, on Disk 2 you have a 1.07 GB System Reserved Partition with only 40.93 MB used. 40.93 MB used is about right for a system reserved partition, which is why they are usually 100 MB in size. Why is yours 1.07 GB in size?!?

I would do 1 of 2 things, assuming you have a valid partition on Disk 2 with a Windows install that you want to move to Disk 1:

    1. Boot the computer from a Windows 10 installation USB flash drive, wipe disk 1 completely, do a clean install of Windows 10 to it. Then copy the OS partition only from disk 2 to disk 1, overwriting the clean install OS partition. NOTE: the OS partition is marked as the "boot" partition in all the partition management software and Windows disk management.

    or

    2. Wipe disk 1. Manually create a 100MB partition to be used as the system partition. Then copy only the OS partition (boot partition) over to the remaining space on disk 1. Then create the boot files needed in the 100MB system partition. The BCDBOOT command (and possibly bootsect) would be used to do that.
