I just checked and no updates from Official MR. Did find this:



Might want to avoid for now since MR says this build is still in testing.

Yup, MR asked where I found out about it and I told them. I would avoid it.

Yes, Nick from Macrium asked the same question when it was raised in the Forum - got the same answer too.

I am more than happy to wait. The version I have, v8.0.6584, is perfect for the way that I am using it and I literally cannot fault it. The update will be released for the public when ready and that's something to look forward to. It's actually mission critical for me, so testing pre-release versions is just not appropriate.

This is what happened when I tried to update from 8.0.6392 to 8.0 6584











Tried updating several times with the same result. Tried reverting back to 8.0.6353, and 8.0.6560, but that did not change things. I tried repairing, etc., but once the damage was done, that was it.

Could only boot to the Macrium environment was with the USB Or CD. The only way to get back to normal was was an image restore.

Everything seems to works fine with 8.0.6353, but what concerns me is I didn't see anyone else here reporting a similar esperience

Note: The last two images posted above were really just one image, but no matter what I tried, this sites attachment manager would not upload the picture I originally took, so I found the similar images elsewhere.
