Add '=name' between the first
like this....
Sorry for taking so long before answering your post. Thx very much. It is more or less the same as the longer process I mentioned, but yours could be more practical by adding or inserting the name in the first
just before the closing bracket.

Yes, I’d like to know that, also.
I think @Bree has given the answer in post # 1829 above.

@pietcorus2

Below is an original copy of your post.

1. Note that the arrow is pointing to the “Quote Button”. The text box tells you to “Click here to quote”.

2. I clicked on the “Quote Button” and the above page popped up so I can reply to you. All I have to do now is to go to the bottom of the text, write my reply, and click on “Post Quick Reply”.

3. For those who want to split the post up in order to reply to specific parts, highlight the post’s ID (in this case, [ QUOTE=pietcorus2;2227363 ]) Ctrl C to copy and it will be saved until you copy something else.

a. At the beginning of each paragraph you want to reply to, Ctrl V to copy the recipient’s ID, type in your text and at the end, type
to end the reply.

b. Wash, rinse, and repeat, being sure to end quotes by typing
.

One more thing . . . I see you’re trying to manually insert color and size code. It’s not necessary. Whatever you’re quoting will keep its original color and size.

Thanks for the screenshots, comparing to the v7 UI on my laptop at the moment, I feel the background colour is bettr on v7.
The icons been labeled is a good thing in v8.
I prefer the defaults icon in v7. But the rescue icon in v7 is probably now outdated showing a optical disc, so they had to change that. I prefer the updates icon in v8. However I dont think the icons are awful, still are nice.
Backup tasks icons I feel I prefer the v7 one's, but I get why they changed them as the colouring in v8 fits the themes of modernised apps from other vendors.
About screen is cleaner in v7, but more eye catching in v8. I would say 8 has the edge there.

New update 7.3.5925 for v7 today (nice to see v7 is still being updated). Thanks should go to @Runnerbean for the heads up.

As seems often the case, it takes a while before the download server catches up with the update notification. Until it does you'll get a 403 error. This usually gets sorted within an hour.
