I have a bootable USB stick created with previous version. Does anybody know if I should rebuild it with this v7.3.5550 version or no rebuild required?
I always recreate my rescue media also on a USB stick after each new build:

If the Rescue media needs rebuilding then this will be indicated in the header area. Reasons for rebuilding:
    • A later version of Macrium Reflect is available and needs to be added to the build.
    • A later version of Windows RE is available. A Windows update can cause the installed version of Windows RE to be updated.
    • Any 'Advanced' settings that have changed since the rescue media was last built. If you click 'Show more' these settings will be highlighted in blue text.
    • A 'Custom WIM' file has changed since the last build.
    • The '\Boot\Macrium\Drivers' sub folder contains new or changed driver files.

There was a change to the rescue media mentioned in the release notes. If that affects you then yes.

    • Rescue Media
If the ProgramData folder and the Reflect installation folder were on different drives, then Reflect would be unable to download Windows PE. This has been resolved.

Just replaced my previous boot-media ( CD) with the latest I made from 5555-version .
Noticed a remarkable change in the time the media starts ( when the MR-resque screen shows) , previous ; 2 minutes , this latest ; about 4 minutes (!) before the MR-screen opens !
Anyone noticed also ?..............Is this normal behaviour ??

Thanks for your input, recreating a new bootable media after new version does have good logic and is what I will do. That also seems to be confirmed by the last bullet point you’ve shown from link you attached.

Thanks for your input, I did see what you’ve referenced with bullet point “Rescue Media”, but I couldn’t relate that to my particular situation, little slow mentally maybe.

I make an drive image from two different PC’s to same external USB drive, wasn’t sure if that was what was meant by “ProgramData folder and the Reflect installation folder were on different drives”. I don’t do normal backups with Reflect, just occasional drive images incase of HDD death and image can be installed on a replacement drive. Which would be only time my bootable USB stick w/Reflect would be use.

Haven’t tried that yet, but was wondering why your version is 5555 verses 5550 which is what both my machines just up dated too. Wonder if there may be some difference there.

No the Program Data folder is a hidden Windows system folder which can be located on a different drive to the OS. This is not something that would normally be done except in a custom installation.

I am not being offered this 5555 version. Is it only for the free release?

If you are on 5550 then you are only offered it if you have the German language version. See post #1537 and my post #1538 following that.

    I compared the boot-time of the 5365 ( two minutes before Macrium starts ) , with the 5555 ( took almost 4 minutes !)
No much difference between 5550 and 5555 ( except language)
Just wondering why it takes so much time to start the boot-media ( using CD)...........
