Not sure here, TC. For the first time, when I opened MR, there was no automatic notification of an update. However, I manually checked for an update and had no problem updating to .4952. I'm not sure what's going on, but will check to see why I didn't get automatically notified.

The 3 computers that have remained on 4942 are all AMD based whereas the ones (3) that updated to 4952 ate intel based. All have newest release of windows 10. Just noting that, don’t know if that has anything to do with anything.
This machine is AMD, and manually checking for updates worked just fine here. Paid version.

...I'm on paid version too, if that makes any difference.
I think it does. All my machines with the paid for version have seen and updated to 4952. All my machines with Free say that 4942 is the latest version.

As this patch is only for an Image Guardian fix, seems Macrium have taken steps to prevent Free from installing this patch that it does not need.

Auto check for updates is once per day at first logon, then a couple of times (don't know) during the day. If you had previously opened MR and it did not find anything, that counted as the auto check, and it did not repeat it. So a manual check found it.

Just FYI...... I did get the Macrium Guardian crash earlier this week. Looked like this. Also logged a System event error of the MR service crashing.

I also had this notification popping up above the system tray (notification area) from time to time and that was just the day before the official release of 2004. After reinstalling MR, I don't see it anymore. Now, I am going to check for the new version.

Amazing how good these guys are. I had this problem (or maybe) last week (It looked like it is) I was gathering up all the logs I was going to open an incident. However, some life stuff got in infront, and never got a chance to open an incident this week. I don't use MIG but I noticed a bunch of errors in event log and last Friday it crash one of my systems.

They really react quick. I can't say no BAD about Macrium Reflect.

    Worth every penny.
