That's very generous of you, and I'm sure Wynona can be trusted. Anyone contemplating giving away or selling an unused licence to a stranger needs to be aware that each licence key is linked to the original purchaser's personal details on Macrium's licensing servers, when the key is installed your true name will appear on the 'Licensed to:' line in the 'About Macrium Reflect...' info.

I didn't know that, Bree. I did know my copy is registered to Mike, but I didn't delve deeper. In fact, I couldn't tell you the exact name on the registration of my copy. So, Mike's info is safe with me.

You also won't be able to get support using that key. To register on the Macrium forum you are asked for the key, and Mike's email address is linked to that key so the activation email...

You will need to click the link below to fully activate your account...

...and any support emails would be sent to Mike, not you.

That's the one that you can use for support.

So far, I haven't needed much support. Macrium just works!

Me, too.... earlier on like most of us did. Soon found out they do listen, and do not give lip service. It's a great forum and responsive.
