That was true for a very long time. But from 1703 onwards Windows 10 can support and use multiple partitions on a USB.
CU supports multiple partitions on a standard USB Flash DriveA little advertised change is that Windows 10 will now access multiple partitions on a standard usb flash drive.
Here's one of mine....

It is extremely easy to convert any disk, including USB flash drives from GPT to MBR:
- In elevated Command Prompt, run
DISKPART
- Command
LIST DISK
lists all disks. In my case now, DISK 3 is my USB flash drive- An asterisk (*) in GPT column means that it is a GPT disk
- I select it with command
SEL DISK 3
- Command
CLEAN
wipes selected disk empty- Command
CONVERT MBR
converts it to MBR- Checking again with
LIST DISK
...- ... I can see that it is now an MBR disk (asterisk missing in GPT column)

Update
Oops....sorry just saw that I duplicated @Bree's advice: New Macrium Reflect Updates
Thanks fox , will stop trying resque with sticky , costed me too much time already , strange ; the ISO for CD works perfectly and so does the SD-card also .........no need for making third resque-media .
Anyway , I learned a lot again of my hardware-configuration...............
Remains one question , when removing the partition(s) on my , to MBR, converted sticky , then will it remain in MBR for the next time I use it again , or do we have to convert it to MBR again.........??
