I have my own QA process.

Wait for these threads to light up so I know a new version is available, set egg timer for one week, add additional time according to severity of posts, when the bell rings install on a test device.

I rely on the posters here to be beta testers and postpone the update for a week or so until stable. However, I was still caught out last week!

We have had 13 updates in the past 12 Months. Six of those were in Jan & Feb this year.

Quality control is slipping but I don't mind as I have the Free version.

Free or not it is bad but this is where software is these days.

To many variables in terms of hardware / OS's and everyone is always adding functionality to try to keep ahead of the other guy.

Personally I would rather have them fix a known Problem, MR is in my opinion the best out there but there are many others that can be tried.

@CountMike has also expressed the same thought in a previous post, and I will join both of you in that regard.
