No. you are not but word "Partition" may be confusing as it doesn't necessarily mean that disk is in two or more parts. There could be only one partition taking whole disk. Quite common in data only drives.

I seem to remember reading somewhere that Windows only supports one partition on a flash drive and that if there are more than one it can only see the first.

I out of flash drives at the moment, but would be an interesting experiment one way or the other.

A 64 gig would probably be best but a 32 could work. You want some space for a few
files on each partition and maybe disk management or minitool partition to see.

Well, I guess I have to stop trying making a resque sticky with Macrium ( resque-media wizzard ).
Just deleted the partition and formatted to FAT32 , but its still GPT , just cant get it in MBR/FAT32 ............!!
GPT is not supported by Macrium , so it seems imppossible to make this sticky work as bootable resque-media !

I just did a test. Used Free Partition Manager - Best Free Partition Software Download to delete all (actually there was only one) partition on a 32GB USB stick and let MR make Rescue disk/usb it worked fine, no need to change anything. That's al that's needed.
    It made this:

Maybe because it's much larger than needed it also looks like this

" let MR make Rescue disk/usb ".............so, you deleted the partition on the USB , and then with the Macrium-wizzard made the resque sticky ?
You did not format it and gave it a drive-letter , after deleting.???

Interesting. I've just tried using a 32GB Kingston Datatraveler. Disk management is not able to shrink the partition, Minitool is. Minitool can create two partitions but warns that Windows only supports one. If you delete the partition(s) disk management is quite happy to create more than one partition, format, and assign drive letters. You can read and write to both partitions using File Explorer. So either things have changed recently or it thinks my usb stick is a proper disk drive.
