    These obvious bugs are becoming more frequent which is why I wait a week or so before updating. Better software QA is needed before they release updates.

    Huh it is a long time since we had any serious bugs. The issue was minor and people are exaggerating it. When the bug impacts the ability to back up and restore, then the bug is serious. I cannot remember last time we ever had such an issue.

    People always say better QA is needed but everybody gets a glitch now and then. You can QA to the end of the earth but bugs will still get through. Of course we all know MS never have bugs LOL.

    This update is from v8.0 to v8.1. As such it is not just patching a few files, it performs a full reinstall.

    New in Version 8.1 - Knowledgebase 8.0 - Macrium Reflect Knowledgebase
