Macrium works well on all four laptops but there is a slight hiccup on one. On the boot page of one laptops the timer text disappears and so does the mouse pointer so it goes like this -

I've removed and reinstated the Macrium boot option but makes no difference. Not a big deal so will wait for another Macrium update to see if it will fix it. It will be something in my setup no doubt.
Without the Macrium boot option do you have mouse/timer?

I've never had a mouse on that screen except in a VM. I do have a timer and the selection can be changed using the keyboard.

The timer disappears once I move the mouse. Without the Macrium boot option I have the mouse pointer on Lock screen.

I'll try the keyboard next time as kado897 kindly suggested

Sorry to say that I always have a cursor on that screen. Maybe the issue doesn't have anything to do with Macrium Reflect and the best way to find out as @magilla suggested is to see what happens without MR boot option.

Yes - see above post. Not too worried about it though.

Problem with that is that if you don't have the Macrium boot option you don't get that screen unless you are dual booting of course.

You may be right since I have never tried it myself without MR boot option. Something at which I should give a shot and see what happens.

@ kado897 - works ok with keyboard and I never thought about it as the other three laptops work with the mouse

    Thank you.

Probably a function of when the mouse kicks in, especially if it is a wireless mouse.

You were right. I have just tried it by removing the boot option for MR ( in run dialog box: msconfig > boot tab > delete the entry for MR). Rebooted the machine and on start up it went directly to login screen since I don't have a dual boot. Tip of the hat!
