The Problem was in my BIOS I guess it was not fully UEFI so I changed it to UEFI Boot and I had to also Change The CFM to Windows 10. Once I did this my boot menu changed somewhat. But now I can see and restore an MR image and no more black screens. This also helped with all the rest of the problems I was having. Thanks to everyone here that tried to help me. I am very new to UEFI and yesterday I got a PDF from MSI and read it at great length.
