    I don't use System Restore since I find it more reliable to recover from Reflect backups. I suggest you schedule automatic Reflect backups at a frequency dependent on you computer use.
    I agree completely. System Restore is screwy - can only be used in Safe Mode and sometimes not there.

    Solved.
    .tmp folder was held by other.
    Took ownership and problem solved
