Macrium Software | Macrium Reflect Free

P.S. Apparently if you just press [continue] then [close] the email request dialog you'll get the download anyway.

Thanks for Macrium Reflect free link Farvatten, much appreciated.

Acronis 2013 doesn't work on Windows 10 Pro 64bit for me, to create system image. Acronis creates and actually validates the image, but it doesn't work. I'm hoping Macrium Reflect free version does?

Macrium Free will validate an image, but that's not a guarantee you will have a successful restore. You won't know until you try it.

Make the recovery media within Macrium via menus and prove to yourself that it will boot your PC. Make a full image (periodically) and hope you never have to use it.

If you have a spare HD, you can experiment with the restoration process on it. Even if you don't, I'd at least pretend you had a failure and walk partway into the restoration process so you have some familiarity with the menus and the process.

Have just finished creating a backup image using Macrium Reflect free. And also a rescue DVD.

Formatted the hard drive, and restored Win10 Pro 64bit using Macrium rescue disk.

And it worked seamless! Fantastic! And it's free!

    Thanks guys! I'm totally stoked!
