Resetting Windows 10

I followed the instructions on Brink's "How to create a Bootable USB Recovery Drive in Windows 10" on drive L:.
Then I ran Macrium Reflect Other Tasks\Create Rescue Media...
On top of drive L:.
How do I get this screen?

What I want to do is Reset Windows 10 (Without losing all my files).
Then restoring back to normal if I don't like it. For example the wifi doesn't work.

My goal is to start Windows 10 with no updates.
Then Macrium it and run updates one at time and take them out if I don't like them (the newest update).

These are some other options to consider:

1) reset save files: (files are saved, drivers and applications are reinstalled)

3) Many steps can be performed with Ethernet / cat5 disconnected and wireless off

4) In case windows updates are performed many can be uninstalled using dism commands in windows RE.

What do you mean by dism commands and Windows RE?

1) Find a flash drive that you can format (> or = 8 GB)

2) Create a bootable windows 10 iso:

3) Boot to the iso.
4) Open the Windows advanced troubleshooting menu command prompt.

5) Confirm the drive letter for the windows drive in windows RE by
typing: dir

It is typically D: or C:

6) Type: Dism /Image:W:\ /Get-Packages (change the drive letter W to the applicable drive)

7) Find the package(s) that were just installed by date. Run the following command on the last installed package:
example: dism.exe /image:d:\ /remove-package /packagename:Package_for_KB4014329~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.1.0
Reboot.

This link is an update it does not create a bootable drive.
That's my trouble I've got too many updates.
I've got them turned off with metering.
What I want to do is get rid of all my updates.
