My laptop is waking up from a powered off state, not from SLEEP. Yesterday at 19.14 o'clock waked up again.

I want to ask, which from them has higher rights to make changes as System account (PsExec or NSudo) or make changes as TrustedInstaller ? Do I need to think about a clean installation or not? Do you think that clean installation or resetting Windows or pre-installation with media creation tool will fix it or not ?

I guess, you need to put psexec in the same folder and then run the downloaded batch as admin.

The computer turns on itself to perform a scheduled task and I won't be home for three weeks in July. I need to urgently deactivate it so I do not want it will be turned on for three weeks.
If all else fails: If its a laptop, remove the battery and disconnect charger, if a desktop simply disconnect from mains. Simples!

Great idea, in case of an emergency. Before I will try this, I will go back to the 1809 version, what happens.

Today my tablet was awaked at the same time 19.14 o'clock as yesterday. I made this exactly as you wrote + have disabled "Enabling Windows Update power management to automatically wake up the system to install scheduled updates" in gpedit.msc (in my tablet ASUS X540LJ with Windows 10 PRO version 1809 - returned from 1903, build 17763.592). I expect what happens tomorrow.

I am still thinking if I should change now - today the permissions of ...\UpdateOrchestrator\Backup Scan from owner to administrator and set each principle to just READ. Hmm ?

Nothing helped again, my tablet was waked up again. Main tasks (...Backup Scan)....were in Task scheduler disabled with system rights. SYSTEM had rights only to read.....

Since all of the hints so far have been unnecessary, have not worked as a solution at all, only three major possible solutions have been left to me. First, it worked: Golden Acronis and its advance to 05/2019. The problem was solved immediately and not repeated even after a few days off. By the way, just to add: BackUp Scan is still in the Ready state and on the Conditions tab "wake up" is on, followed by cmd after the powercfg -devicequery wake_armed command, both HID Keyboard Device and HID -compliant mouse are still active.
