Is there a way to tell what computer Macrium Reflect backup is for?
Thank you for all help.

Hi, properties of an image file will give you info like this:
Note you can add a comment yourself when creating an image, which you could use to identify it, and of course put your image files in an appropriately named folder, defined when you create the first base image. The backup task points to that folder for later use in creating differential or incremental images, for example.
Note also it displays the disk type imaged, not the serial number of the particular disk.
Discussed here, with more hints as to how to make it easier:
How Do You Identify .mrimg Files?
I identify my disc images. e.g. my desktop, that I use for my recording studio I call "Production and date". I dual boot the desktop (separate SSD) with the Insider versions and I call those disc images "Insider and date". I also have a laptop with two images and have designated names for each.
Hi,
I make a folder and name it accordingly before doing system images.
Just point reflect to it and boom.
Use the Reflect notes tab when you make the backup and store the backup file in a folder having a meaningful name. I also insert a text file using Notepad in the same folder to record what the backup files in that folder relate to.
