Interrupted system restore seems to be working fine?

So earlier today I was having some trouble booting into windows, took a couple of tries everytime, but that got fixed by manually downloading and installing the window updates in the "Window Update Settings", but then after that, my GPU driver no longer worked, (error code 43), tried everything, reinstalled it and stuff, device manager disabling and re-enabling, downloading from website instead of geforce experience, did't work. So I decided to do a system restore point from 2 days ago, it was stuck on restoring registry for like 1.5 hours, so I forced shut down, after turning back on, everything seems to be working fine, AND it somehow fixed the GPU issue without actually going back 2 days. Although everything seems to be fine, I'm wondering if there are any possible subtle issues that may have caused.
This was done on a 1 week old laptop.

If you uninstalll the video driver program fully, what happens on reboot? Does it try install a default windows driver? Unless the full program has been removed you may get small issues like this.

Remove ALL Nvidia display drivers, be careful to not remove the Nvidia Ethernet if you have one though.

Reboot and install direct from Nvidia website as a fresh download bud.

Suspect your issue being caused by the program not being fully removed :)

Thanks for reply but as I said, interrupting my system restore (with restore point) seemed to not do any damage to my laptop AND it somehow fixed my gpu problem, I was just worried if there would be any subtle issues for forcing a shut down when it was restoring.

EDIT: welp never mind it stopped working AGAIN, but i have already tried what you said before.
