I've made a couple of backups so far, and with the May 1903 looming (still not available to me) I wanted to do another back up.
I noticed that when I click on "Creat an image..." that Macrium selects just two of the three avaliable options on my C, SSD drive.
Are these three partitions of my C ? Why does Macrium not select all three or should I be manually adding the third ?

I should start backing up my data drive, but I need to decide about larger external storage. I have the option of hanging a drive off of my Linksys WRT3200ACM router. I've also been eying a WD mirrored type drive.

Your SSD appears to have an MBR partition layout, I assume this is because your PC has a legacy bios. The 476MB partition without a drive letter is almost certainly a Recovery partition and will be shown as such in Disk Management. Strictly speaking, the recovery partition is not '...required to backup and restore Windows', Windows will work perfectly well without it.

I too have noticed that Macrium does not by default include the recovery partition when you click 'Create an image....' on a Legacy MBR system. I regard it a useful, so I tick its box to include it.

Thanks for answering that Bree. Yes my system has a legacy Bios.
