    device not found


    Did some looking through the threads here. Issue...I connect my iphone 6 to new asus laptop with windows ten. I select "trust this device" on iphone. I hit "import" button at top of page. I get "we're having trouble connecting....make sure your device is unlocked and that you accept the notification to connect" picture.
    I can connect to itunes with this same usb port and cable...with no issues. What is the problem?

    Hi DM

    Have you tried powering off phone and restarting?


    If you look in Device manager do you see your phone listed as a device, are there any devices flagged. (Yellow exclamation mark)

    If you show hidden devices in device manager by chance is there any hidden devices in the same major heading as phone? If so you might delete these as they may be causing confusion.


    You could also try uninstalling phone in device manager, keep software and let it re-install.
