Under Restore it says, "Browse for an image file".
Where would that file be? And what would be it's name?
I scanned my whole computer, including the H: (USB) drive.
I can't find any file with the .mrimg extension.

Have you successfully created a Macrium image yet? If you have, then click on the Log tab and you can find the name of the image and where you saved it to in the logs.
But I suspect you haven't yet created an image. If you had then your recent image(s) would be shown in the white 'Image Restore' box in your screenshot, as mine are here:

The red X indicates the imaging failed. Scroll down the log and there should be a reason given for the failure towards the end. The only time I've seen them was when I manually cancelled an image part-way through.
#1 I can only use Full and Differential.
Where do I put Full? There's not enough room error on the USB.
This why I'm getting the failure.
#2 I need Full for Differential to work.
If put it on C:, I get can't put it here because this is the disk you are cloning error.

Yes. You have to make a Full image before you can make a Differential. When you make the Full you get an option to save the backup defininition file. To make a Differential you have to select this same backup definition file and run it again as a differential backup. The Differential has to be on the same drive as the initial Full, so you need a large enough USB for both.
It is C: you are trying to back up, so you need to put the image on a completely seperate drive. That's because if you could put it on C: and your drive got corrupted you'd loose the image as well so you'd have nothing to do a restore from.If put it on C:, I get can't put it here because this is the disk you are cloning error.
You either need to get a larger usb or reduce the size of the used space on your C: drive. Preferably you should do both. Restore points are one thing that can eat up a lot of drive space, I delete them all before making an image. Clear the cache for all your browsers too, this can often release a lot of space. There are more ways to help clean up your C: drive here. In particular, run Disk Clean Up and click the option to clean up system files.

As a guide, the size of a Full image using maximum compression will be about 55-65% of the used space on the drive(s) being imaged. Your C: drive will be the vast majority of this. It is recommended that you use an external USB HDD for your images. A 1TB HDD is relatively cheap these days, and certainly cheaper per GB than a very large usb flash drive.
Just a quick note to say that another possibility is to create a smallish partition on your hard drive and store Macrium Reflect backup images there. The downside is that if your hard drive suffers complete failure you lose your date. However if it's a case of windows not booting or else restoring a working image in the event of hard to fix problems then using a partition on your hard drive for backups isn't a problem.
You'd probably need to shrink an existing partition in order to create a new one.

Yes, that is another possibility. It has to be a drive that's not used by Windows, so don't move any of your user folder to it. In fact I do have a seperate Data partition on my machines and put a Macrium image there. But to be extra safe I then image the whole of the drive including the Data partition to an external HDD.
Another possibility if you have a Desktop is to install a second internal HDD just for storing the Macrium images.
