    System restore Event ID?

Does anyone know how I can check whether or not the machine was able to successfully do a system restore through the event viewer?

If so, can you provide the event ID’s for system restore and if I need to check either the windows or application logs to get the latest time and date of whether or not the restore was successful.

Your help is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance! :)

There may be log files at C:\Windows\Logs\System Restore.

    These are etl files:
Microsoft Windows has two built-in programs that read these. These programs are Tracerpt and the Event Viewer.

i don’t think my question was answered, but is that the only method I can check for system restore logs?

I searched for System Restore event id for you but didn't find anything useful. Sorry I didn't give you a negative answer.

Tried a different approach- you'll have to look through the results:
    https://cse.google.com/cse?cx=partne...tore&sa=Search

    I started here:
    Windows Events Keyword Search
