Macrium responded with a link for fixing boot issues. And they reminded me that they don't supply support for the free version.

Compumind, the suggestion by Macrium was the same as that of Steve C, so I'd like to thank you both as well as all the others who helped me clone my 300GB HD to a 500GB HD. The "Fix Windows Boot Problems" option in the Macrium Reflect Restore menu did the trick quickly.
Is there a common reason I had to go through that procedure? Did I do something wrong? Is my Macrium Reflect archive OK?
One last by-product question (see disk mgmt screenshot):

What's the easiest way to add the 167.67GB unallocated space to the C: drive, given that they're not co-located? Thanks.
The free version of Aoemi Partition Assistant made short work of merging the unallocated space to the C: drive. It did it all in the Windows interface and no restart was needed. Thanks again to everyone.
