Run all of the typical commands to check:
    operating system
    drive file system

Then make a backup image using imaging or cloning software.
Macrium is widely used in Ten Forums:
Macrium Software | Your Image is Everything
Backup and Restore with Macrium Reflect | Tutorials

The repair file system feature I'm not seeing on version 10.3.
    Which menu?

sfc /scan found and fixed some corrupt files and replaced them.
    chkdsk /scan was clean.
I will switch to Macrium from EaseUS and the built-in Backup and Restore imaging.
Will Macrium also do the job of Windows file-history? Would you recommend using any of the windows built-in bkup options?

On my copy of Kyhi (downloaded yesterday) it is Minitool Partition Wizard Professional version 9.1
Boot from USB > run Minitool > in the right pane of the window select the partition > a new set of menu choices appears in the left pane > choose "Check File System".
In my case it performed a scan, found problems, halted and then offered to fix them.

It's the advantage of the older version then.
Windows backup options are being depreciated.
    The best option is Macrium.

The file history software I've not used.

One of the deepest chkdsk switches is chkdsk /r /v and it can be ran overnight.
Run the dism command: dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth then check scannow again to make sure that it finds no integrity violations.
